Step 1

Physical audit

Body panels, glass, cabin, tyres, and visible condition are checked for defects.

Step 2

Engine, electrical systems, controls, and key equipment are tested end to end.

Step 3

Ownership and available vehicle documents are reviewed and logged.

Step 4

The vehicle is cleaned and prepared before current photos are captured.

Step 5

Findings are reviewed before the vehicle is offered to customers.

Step 6

The dealer confirms availability for a showroom visit, test drive, or handover.
